§ Mr. Aubrey JonesNo. The aircraft had not at the time of the accident been delivered to my Department under our contract and the Bristol Aeroplane Company were responsible for the risks of flight. One of the occupants was a Royal Air Force officer, and his dependants are being, compensated at Service rates. All the other occupants were in the service of their parent companies and the question of compensation rests with those companies.
