§ Mr. WatkinsonWhere I consider that a trunk road should have a better standard of street lighting I am ready to make a contribution to the lighting authority of 50 per cent. of the cost of improvement and subsequent maintenance, but I would not normally be prepared to proceed without the collaboration of the local lighting authority.
