§ 68. Mr. T. Brownasked the Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation what progress he has made in dealing with the application made to him in respect of the new connecting railway line to the National Coal Depot at Kirkless, Ince, near Wigan, which, when completed, will do away with two dangerous level crossings at Manchester Road and Belle Green Lane.
