§ Mr. Doddsasked the Minister of Health if he will give consideration to David Bell being transferred, after twelve years at the Rampton Mental Hospital, to an ordinary mental hospital so that relatives and friends in the London area can visit him more frequently, bearing in mind that if the present position is continued there can be no hope of progress by the patient and much hardship and distress to the parents.
§ Mr. Walker-SmithAs with all other patients, the progress of this patient is being continually reviewed by the medical superintendent and the board of control. He will be transferred when he is well enough to go.
