§ Mr. CarrI would refer the hon. Member to the reply given to the hon. Member for Morpeth (Mr. Owen) in the House this afternoon. I cannot find that the Annual Report of the Cardiff Youth Employment Committee contains any suggestion that the school-leaving age should be raised to 16.
