§ 64. Mr. Doddsasked the Minister of Health if he will give the names of the hospitals under the National Health Service where the staff are bound by the Official Secrets Act.
§ Mr. Walker-SmithRampton and Moss Side hospitals are the only hospitals under the National Health Service where the staff are civil servants and are therefore asked to sign declarations drawing their attention to the Act, which is of course in any case of general application.
