§ Mr. MaclayIn all four cities the art colleges are expanding or planning the expansion of their teaching facilities. I have no responsibility for local art exhibitions but the Scottish Committee of the Arts Council is always ready to co-operate with and assist local authorities and other bodies in arranging art exhibitions.
