§ Sir W. Wakefieldasked the Postmaster-General how much of the new capital required by the Post Office during the last ten years has been provided by the Post Office itself; and how much has been provided out of public funds.
§ Mr. MarplesGross additions to fixed assets have amounted to about £700 million. Towards this the Post Office has provided about £340 million by way of depreciation and recoveries.
