Following on the death of the late right hon. Gentleman the Member for Kelvin-grove, my right hon. Friend the Prime Minister has decided to appoint the right hon. Gentleman the Member for Moray and Nairn (Mr. J. Stuart) as Chairman of the Balfour Memorial Committee.
