§ Sir I. HorobinThe Electricity Boards have their own emergency services and do, as a matter of course, assist the police and rescue services by providing power supplies on being asked. I am, however, getting in touch with the boards and with the departments concerned to ensure that the means of obtaining the boards' assistance in emergencies are known to all concerned.
