§ Mr. ErrollTwenty-one new factories or factory extensions, of over 5,000 square feet, were known to be under construction at the end of December, 1957. Industrial Development Certificates have been issued for a further nineteen, but construction has not started. Twenty-six factories or factory extensions are known to have been completed in 1957.
