§ Mr. MolsonThe Constance Fund, which is presenting the new fountain, has asked me to consider whether the winning design of its competition is acceptable for Hyde Park. I shall consult the Royal Fine Art Commission and display the model in the Upper Waiting Hall before coming to a decision.
