§ Mr. Iain MacleodOn 13th January, 1958, there were 645 people, representing 13 per cent. of the insured employees registered as wholly unemployed at Lincoln. In addition 1,338 men and boys were registered as temporarily stopped. The majority were employed by one firm and have for some time been losing one day's work each week.
