Mrs. Hillasked the President of the Board of Trade what action he proposes to take to prohibit the production or the import of the dangerous weapon known as a flick-gun, which has the appearance of a toy-gun until the four-inch blade is released by the trigger, in view of the fact that this weapon cannot be used for any trade or employment.
