§ Mr. Russellasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he is aware of the growing practice of motorists parking cars close to road junctions; and, with a view to reducing the likelihood of accidents arising from the difficulty caused to other drivers in seeing traffic coming from their right or left, if he will take steps to prevent this occurring in the Metropolitan Police District.
