asked Her Majesty's Government whether they have any changes to announce in the composition of the United Kingdom Delegation to the Consultative Assembly of the Council of Europe.

THE JOINT PARLIAMENTARY UNDER-SECRETARY OF STATE FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS (THE MARQUESS OF LANSDOWNE)

On my appointment as Joint Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, I resigned my place as a Substitute in the United Kingdom Delegation. My right honourable friend the Prime Minister has appointed the noble Marquess, Lord Lothian, in my place. My honourable friend the Member for Armagh (Mr. Armstrong) has also resigned his place as a Substitute Delegate, and the Prime Minister has appointed my honourable friend the Member far Londonderry (Mr. Chichester-Clark) in his place. These changes will also apply to our Delegation to the Western European Union.
