At the primary stage, both the quality and quantity of the schooling provided are less adequate.
Overall improvement at all levels from infant school to university has been marked in recent years, and within the 174W limits imposed by financial resources on which there are many other urgent claims the Governments concerned are doing everything possible to remedy the remaining deficiencies.
