§ Mr. K. ThompsonThe Advisory Committee on the Inland Telegraph Service, whose report was published last August, regarded a continuing decline in this service as inevitable, and I believe this conclusion to be right. The Committee did, however, recommend that the use of de luxe Greetings telegrams should be encouraged, and an extended range of these services will be available during next year.
