§ Mr. WatkinsonThe Committee has now made its report, which we intend to publish in due course as a White Paper. I am glad to take this opportunity to renew my thanks, and those of my right hon. Friend, to Lord Reading who undertook the Chairmanship of the Committee, and also to express to the other members, who include my hon. Friend the Member70W for Buckinghamshire, South (Mr. Ronald Bell) and the hon. and learned Member for Liverpool, Edge Hill (Mr. A. J. Irvine), our gratitude for the care and skill with which, despite the many other calls upon their time, they have dealt with so complex a task.
