Mr. Mossasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government and Minister for Welsh Affairs why he authorised the publication in the national Press, before 3rd December, of his decision, dated 3rd December, to allow the West Midlands Gas Board to construct a Lurgi gasification plant on a site at Gorsey Lane, Coleshill, in the County of Warwick, in view of the fact that his decision had not been made known to either the Warwickshire County Council or the Meriden Rural District Council.
