asked the Minister of Works to what extent car parking space on Horse Guards Parade is used to capacity.

Mr. Molson

For various reasons, including considerations of amenity, parking on the Horse Guards Parade is restricted, and a limited amount of parking space is made available to occupants of surrounding buildings. The available places are nearly always occupied on weekdays.
