§ Mr. RentonIn accordance with the usual practice the Prison Commissioners have notified the local authorities concerned of this proposal, which has received full publicity locally. My right hon. Friend is aware of certain objections by local residents, but he understands that the planning authority has not yet expressed a final view on the proposal.
