§ 96 and 97. Mr. Hector Hughesasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies (1) the Government policy for Nigeria consequent on the work of the recent Minorities Commission there;
(2) if he will make a statement on the Governmental Conference which has been held recently in London on the Government plans for the future of Nigeria, indicating the topics of discussion, the agreements reached and the matters of disagreement still outstanding.
