§ Mr. Wiggasked the Secretary of State for War if he will state the circumstances in which horses held on the establishment of a unit for draught purposes may be used for riding and vice versa; and how far under his regulations it is permissible to use draught horses for riding outside the normal hours of work.
§ Mr. SoamesHorses may be used for recreation, on payment and under certain safeguards, provided that there is no interference with their normal work.
