§ Mr. Lennox-BoydAbout 3.5 per cent. of the working population was estimated to be unemployed at the end of 1957. The provisional comparable figure for October, 1958, is about 3.7 per cent. As regards the third part of the Question many measures, including the conversion of the Dockyard, are being taken to promote Malta's industrial development.
