§ Mr. Selwyn LloydI have nothing to add to the information contained in the last paragraph of the answer which my right honourable Friend gave to the hon. Member for Eton and Slough (Mr. Brockway) on 23rd October. Her Majesty's Government are unaware of any further response as yet by the Arab Governments concerned to the Secretary-General's offer of United Nations assistance with the project.
