§ Mr. Vaughan-MorganI am glad to have this opportunity to say how much I was impressed by the evidence I saw on all sides of economic development in Nigeria. There is great goodwill towards this country, and I am sure that there is wide scope for our exporters to expand the already substantial trade in this important market.
