HC Deb 03 April 1958 vol 585 c196W
Mr. G. Roberts

asked the Paymaster-General if he is aware that there is a shortage of anthracite and Phurnacite in the Caernarvon and Bontnewydd district, that many residents, including farmers, have no other means of heating, and the local distributors are in great difficulty in supplying basic needs owing to uncertainty of deliveries to local depots; and what action he will take to remedy the situation.

Mr. Maudling

I am making inquiries and will write to the hon. Member.
