Sir I. Fraser

asked the Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation if a person, having paid 15s. for a motor driving licence for three years, is prevented from driving for one or two years out of the period, is able under his regulations to apply for a rebate.

Mr. Watkinson

No, but I would refer my hon. Friend to the reply given to the hon. Member for Bradford, East (Mr. McLeavy) on 18th February, of which I am sending him a copy.
