§ 27. Mr. Sydney Irvingasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies what reports have been received by the Government of Nigeria on the test productions of oil from the Oloibiri oilfield, 65 miles west of Port Harcourt, and from the well drilled at Afam near Port Harcourt.
