Mr. Malcolm MacPhersonasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether, in view of the desirability of enabling Africans to qualify in Africa as solicitors and advocates, he will recommend to the appropriate authorities the institution of law schools at the University Colleges of Ibadan and Makerere.
