§ The Attorney-GeneralI am not yet able to say when the first case will be heard by the Restrictive Practices Court. Notices of Reference have been issued in 25 cases and Representation Orders have been obtained in 18 of them. Two further applications for Representation Orders are before the High Court. In five cases, which are of a very complicated nature, the Registrar has granted extensions of time for delivery of the respondents' Statement of Case. In one case an application for a further extension is before the Court.
