Hole, of Scunthorpe, 17W is to be used to cancel the early instalments due from Mr. Hole rather than the later ones.
§ Mr. H. BrookeI regret that I cannot undertake to answer Questions about individual cases involving payment of development charge; this is a matter within the day to day administration of the Central Land Board under the relevant provisions of the Town and Country Planning Acts of 1947 and 1954.
