asked the Minister of Health if he will print in full in the OFFICIAL REPORT the form of consent which is to be signed by voluntary patients prior to entry into a designated mental hospital.

publish in the OFFICIAL REPORT a list of toll bridges and toll roads on main roads together with the owners and charges made, currently existing in England and Wales.
