Johnstonasked the Lord Advocate whether his attention has been drawn to the Law Reform Committee's Sixth Report, Court's Power to Sanction Variation of Trusts; and whether he will remit to the Law Reform Committee, Scotland, the question whether it is desirable that the Court of Session should have powers similar to those recommended in the Report.
