Josephasked the Minister of Education whether he has considered the study, entitled "Loneliness," by the Women's Group on Public Welfare, recently published by the National Council of Social Service and whether he will circularise to all local authorities the recommendations on pages 45 and 46, particularly, that lists of social clubs and interest groups should be widely exhibited in each neighbourhood.
