§ 78 and 79. Mr. Danceasked the Secretary of State for War (1) if he will consider the introduction of brigade shoulder flashes and at the same time retain regimental cap badges:
(2) if he will reconsider the decision to abolish regimental cap badges and replace them with brigade cap badges.
§ Mr. John HareThe adoption of brigade cap badges was the subject of an Adjournment debate on 29th October. For reasons which were then explained, and which I regard as compelling, I am not prepared to alter the scheme.
