Captain Kerby

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland on what date he approved the appointment of Mr. M. A. L. Cripps, D.S.O., to act as Chairman of the Disciplinary Committee of the Tomato and Cucumber Marketing Board.

Mr. Cripps was approved on 20th December, 1956, by the then Secretary of State, for appointment by the Tomato and Cucumber Marketing Board as Chairman of the Disciplinary Committee of the Board.
