§ Mr. Doddsasked the Minister of Health if he is aware that many patients at Rampton rarely have visitors because, with the considerable distances to be covered and the high cost of travel despite the reduced fares for such purposes, it is beyond those in poor circumstances: and if he will consider introducing a better method so that near relatives will not be prevented from visiting patients, in view of the importance of such visits to patients.
