§ Mr. Brockwayasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies the number of South Africans who are and have been employed by the Government of Northern Rhodesia during years 1955 and 1957, respectively, the number who hold or have held executive positions, and the proportion of South Africans to others in Governmental service and holding executive appointments.
