§ Lieut-Colonel Schofieldasked the President of the Board of Trade when he expects to bring the provisions of the Copyright Act, 1956, into operation and to make the necessary subordinate legislation.
§ Mr. Erroll:I have today made an Order which has the effect of bringing the whole Act into operation on the 1st June, 1957. Regulations made under Sections 7 and 8, and Rules made under Section 10 of the Act, will be laid before Parliament in the near future.
