§ 86. Mr. J. Rodgersasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs what consultations took place between the United States Government and the United Kingdom Government and its allies before orders were given to the Sixth Fleet to move in the Mediterranean, in view of the fact that this fleet forms part of the forces of the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation.
