§ Mr. Albuasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether there is now any objection to civil servants taking part in the activities of the Association for Regional Planning and Development.
§ Mr. R. A. Butler:There is no obection provided that civil servants taking part in the activities of the Association in an official capacity obtain the consent of their Departments in the normal way.
