§ 74. Mr. Delargyasked the Attorney-General whether he will consider introducing legislation giving right of appeal to the courts from the decisions of informal, non-statutory tribunals, by organisations whose members may now be penalised without this right.
The Solicitor-General:No. The principles on which the courts will take cognisance of proceedings before informal, non-statutory tribunals are already well defined and I have no evidence that they are in need of amendment.
