§ Mr. Ramsdenasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food whether he will make a further announcement about the appointment of a committee to inquire into agricultural education at the farm institute level.

My noble Friend the Minister of Education and I have now appointed a committee to review the further education for agriculture provided by local education authorities, with particular reference to the farm institutes, and to make recommendations. Earl De La Warr, G.B.E., has kindly consented to act as chairman, and the other members are:
