§ 69. Mr. Chapmanasked the Secretary of State for War when the hon. Member for Birmingham, Northfield, can expect a reply to his letter of 4th March requesting a meeting with him and his officials in order to present evidence of profiteering in the repatriation of the body of Private Elvins, of Birmingham.
