§ 72. Captain Pilkingtonasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies what reply he is making to the memorandum sent to him by the Cyprus Bar Council in regard to the treatment of prisoners in Cyprus.
§ Mr. Lennox-BoydI have not received any such memorandum. The only document of this nature which I have seen is a copy of a memorandum sent on 27th February on behalf of the Greek members of the Nicosia Bar Association to the Administrative Secretary for the consideration of the Governor, to which the Administrative Secretary has replied.
