Mr. AmoryI have received no complaints about the method of allocating basic potato acreages, prescribed by the Potato Marketing Scheme and administered by the Potato Marketing Board. Under the Scheme, any producer who is aggrieved by an act or omission of the Board has a right to arbitration. The second part of the Question does not therefore arise.
