§ Mr. MaclayI have had discussions with representatives of the county council and have indicated that, if Parliament approves the Housing and Town Development (Scotland) Bill, I shall be prepared to make the special subsidy of £30 a year available under Clause 2 (2) (b) for this purpose. I understand that discussions are now taking place between the county council and the National Coal Board.
