§ Sir E. BoyleNinety local education authorities were affected by the review of full-time art courses. Thirty-nine of these accepted the proposals made to 87W them in time for them to take effect last autumn. My noble Friend is still discussing with the remainder of the authorities concerned some or all of the proposals which affect them.
